In day one you were restricted to intake any starchy food but in day 2 you are free! As bananas are restricted from being consumed, in gm diet day 2 all vegetables can be eaten, including those that are high in starch, such as potatoes. This is done to give your body a good amount of energy for the day, and you would be more capable of doing more strenuous activities and exercises, because if you do not take any heavy stuff today you may feel dizzy. Gm Diet Day 2 Breakfast:

Breakfast being the most important meal so you should start off Day 2 of the gm diet with large baked potato and you can add it with a pat of butter or olive oil on top. It is important to keep the stomach heavy during breakfast as this would keep the body energized the rest of the day. There is also a choice of sweet potato instead of the regular potato, as long as there is no sugar added to the meal.

During lunchtime, as you already had a heavier breakfast you need to lower your level for the next day and take intake of foods that must be lighter, and these may involve vegetable salads with lettuce, cucumber and cabbage. Salads may be dressed with vinaigrette or olive oil, but not mayonnaise! Salads are always the best thing to eat as they give you all sorts of nutrients needed. Gm Diet Day 2 Dinner:

Final ring to your day the Dinner! On Day 2 at the dinner too you will have to take up salad or boiled vegetables only!
