So as you have succeeded with the two days now you would be proud of yourself as you should know that you are nearly half way through the GM Diet. Things now will get easier now. Day 1 and 2 of the GM Diet may have remained really hard for some people. On Day 3 of the GM diet weight loss planers are now free and allowed to eat a combination of fruits and vegetables. Now this surely is good news as now you are not restricted just to fruits or just to vegetables! There is no limit or restriction to the fruits and vegetables to be consumed on Day 3, but again having starchy food in bulk like bananas is still not allowed. Now as you have already followed the diet for 2 days of the diet plan you may find less pressure to keep up with the regimen’s demand.

During the first three days of the GM diet, it is important to consume only fresh produce, as they contain more nutritional value.

Preparing The Body For Day 3:

As you wake up in morning it is as well recommended to perform breathing exercises to give a kick start of Day 3. Doing so will release the tensions garnered from Days 1 and 2, and will make you relaxed all day long.

Now to start day 3! Mental focus is needed the most! As the first 2 days were harder physically but as the third day approaches you may tend to lose your confidence so while Preparing for Day 3 you first need to put in mind that it isn’t as difficult as that in days 1 and 2; it actually easier to keep up with the dietary requirements in Day 3 as the body is already used to fruit and vegetable intake. In most cases, individuals following the diet experience slight headaches or a bit of tiredness but its normal!

It is encouraged to consume a variety of fruits and vegetables in every meal on Day 3. You must have a variety of servings during breakfast, lunch and dinner this would not only ensure and keep the stomach satiated, but at the same time content as the appetite’s cravings are regulated at lower levels.

The good news is that at this stage you should have already lost 2-4 lbs. of body mass.

GM Diet Day 3 Breakfast:

Breakfast in Day 3 should be a fruit as it is preferred to have water based meal in the morning for hydration so you may start light with an apple, but if you are looking for heavier meals you may consume melon. Here is a tip: When consuming melons for breakfast, it is important to have them supplemented or take in parts by taking two glasses of water for better digestion.

GM Diet Day 3 Lunch:

Now the lunch time, you have an option to repeat the diet regimen on Day 2 may be repeated on Day 3, but with more variety. For example: Tomatoes may be included in lettuce-cucumber salads, but if you are bored with these you can go for an option of fruit salad or a mix salad! It should be dressed only in olive oil.

GM Diet Day 3 Dinner:

Again a mixture of both vegetable and fruits has to be taken. You may try a serving of boiled vegetables as this would be ideal during Day 3 dinners, and to take fruits they can be followed up with desserts like watermelon and apple.

GM Diet Day 3 Midday Snacks and Beverages:

It is recommended to intake all fruits and vegetable of water based which means that they should be juicy enough to insure more amount of liquid content in your body than solids.

In between the meals: A combination of tomatoes, fresh greens, and different fruits may be consumed all day.

Fresh juices such derived from berries, oranges and lemons would be ideal to those who are not into drinking water.

Vegetable juices are a very good choice, like carrot and tomato juice may be served during evenings.
