You can prepare tea with fenugreek and add a few drops of lemon to it. Fenugreek enhances removal of toxins. You can also prepare black tea, crush some fenugreek seeds, and add 3 tsp of fenugreek powder to the tea. You can add sugar for taste. Then mix well. You should drink this mixture once in a day.

2. Garlic Paste:
You can apply garlic paste on your chest to cure pneumonia. Garlic is an irritant and the rubefacient present in it clears the respiratory tract.
3. Sesame Seeds:
You can take 15 gms of sesame seeds in soak it in 250 ml water. Then add a pinch of salt, 1 tbsp linseed, and 1 teaspoon honey. This mixture soothes the throat and stops the coughing.
4. Spinach Juice:
You can mix 200 ml of spinach juice with 300 ml of carrot juice. Instead of spinach, you can also mix 100 ml of cucumber with 100 ml of beet. You should consume this drink once in a day. The drink stops the coughing and makes you relax.

5. Sesame With Honey:
You can take flax seeds, sesame seeds, honey, and salt to make this mixture. You need to take 250 ml of water and add 2 tbsp sesame seeds in it. You also have to add 1 tbsp flax seeds, 2 tbsp honey, and a pinch of salt. Then you need to mix it well. When the mixture is ready, you need to consume it twice a day.
6. Potassium Broth:
You can take this broth along with the lunch. You need to juice 2 radishes, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 stalks of celery, 2 carrots, and 2 pinches of parsley. All these ingredients contain high amount of potassium, which help repair the damaged lung tissues. However, people with pre-existing heart problems should not intake this potassium broth.
7. Carrot Juice:
You need to juice 2-3 big carrots and add 1 tbsp pepper to make the drink more effective. Carrots add anti-oxidants to your damaged tissues and heal the lungs.
8. Turmeric:
Turmeric has medicinal properties to heal a lot of ailments. You can consume this in uncooked state as well.

9. Ginger:
